1 – Air Conditioning Maintenance

Azamts could set an organized and provide skilled manpower or an AC technician that is carried-out in order to keep the unit in its best operational condition with a minimum cost acquired. This skill deals with the supply and maintaining the desirable internal atmospheric condition, simultaneous control of temperature, humidity, motion of air & purity of air within the enclosed area.

3 – Plumbing Works

Azamts could offer an expert manpower or a plumber which can maintain the sanitary conditions in your building. The basic scope of work involves by installing in buildings the pipes, fixtures and other accessories for bringing in the water supply and removing liquid and aquatic wastes. It includes the fixtures and fixture traps; the soil and waste pipes; vent pipes; the building drain and building sewer; and the storm drainage pipes; with devices, accessories and connections to all within or adjacent to the building.

4 – Drainage & Sewerage Maintenance

Azamts could provide an expert manpower for drainage and sewerage maintenance that can repair leakage, open and clean blockage of the drainage system in which the piping network within a structure which conveys sewage, rainwater, or other wastes from their point of origin to a point of disposal, such as a public sewer or a private treatment facility. The system of water or waste liquids flowing away from somewhere into the ground or down pipes to drainage channels/ditches/systems. Our team can perform by using a drain cleaner chemical-based consumer product that unblocks sewer pipes or help to prevent the occurrence of clogged drains or we can use devices known as plumber’s snake.

Air conditioning (AC or AirCon) – Our team can handle all the Air Conditioners type where we can process of altering the properties of air (primarily temperature and humidity) to more comfortable conditions, typically with the aim of distributing the conditioned air to an occupied space to improve thermal comfort and indoor air quality.

Air Filtration – We have a system to remove the dead micro-organisms from air filter notably in building ventilation system and engines.

D - REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Our team can provide a skilled manpower worker for fixing any sort of mechanical, plumbing, or electrical device should it become out of order or broken (known as repair, unscheduled, or casualty maintenance). It also includes performing routine actions which keep the device in working order (known as scheduled maintenance) or to prevent trouble from arising (preventive maintenance). The actions include the combination of all technical and corresponding administrative, managerial, and supervision actions.

There are Three (3) types of Maintenance
1. Preventive maintenance - where we can maintain the equipment before break down occurs. This type of maintenance has many different variations and is subject of various researches to determine best and most efficient way to maintain equipment.
2. Operational maintenance - where we can maintain the equipment while in using.
3. Corrective maintenance - we can repair the worn equipment after break down. This maintenance is often most expensive because worn equipment can damage other parts and cause multiple damages.
